The first floor houses the magnificent Master Bedroom, featuring a spacious ensuite bathroom with a soothing jacuzzi bathtub. Two additional, individually designed bedrooms provide utmost comfort, with CocoMat natural latex mattresses ensuring a restful sleep.
The ground floor boasts an opulent open-plan living room and kitchen area, with stylish sofas and custom-made furniture. This inviting space is perfect for private dinners or cherished gatherings. Things to know
The minimum length of your stay is a week.
Check-ins can be done any time after 16:00 on the first day of your booking. On the last day, you have to leave the villa by 10:00.
An initial non-refundable deposit of 30% has to be paid to confirm your booking. You pay the remaining balance 60 days prior to your arrival.
You can cancel the booking up to 50 days before your holiday begins and receive a full refund of the remaining balance. A 50% cancellation fee applies if you cancel between 50 and 30 days before your arrival date, and a 100% cancellation fee applies if you cancel less than 30 days in advance or do not show up.
Please understand that a security deposit of 1500€ must be paid in cash on the day of your arrival.
You can use the pool freely, but if you want it heated, you will have to pay an additional 80€ per night.
