The minimum length of your stay is a week.

Check-ins can be done any time after 15:00 on the first day of your booking. On the last day, you have to leave the villa by 11:00.

An initial non-refundable deposit of 30% has to be paid to confirm your booking and the remaining balance 4 weeks before arrival. A 30% cancellation fee applies if you cancel up to 21 days before your arrival date, and a 100% cancellation fee applies if you cancel after that or do not show up.
