The minimum length of your stay is a week.

Check-ins can be done any time after 16:00 on the first day of your booking. On the last day, you have to leave the villa by 10:00.

An initial non-refundable deposit of 30% has to be paid to confirm your booking. You pay the remaining balance 5 weeks prior to your arrival.

You can cancel the booking up to 28 days before your holiday begins and receive a full refund of the remaining balance. A 100% cancellation fee applies after that.

Please understand that a security deposit of 500€ must be paid in cash on the day of your arrival.
