Things to know
The minimum length of your stay is a week.
Check-ins can be done any time after 16:00 on the first day of your booking. On the last day, you have to leave the villa by 10:00.
An initial non-refundable deposit of 20% has to be paid to confirm your booking. You pay the remaining balance 10 days prior to your arrival.
You can cancel the booking up to 30 days before your holiday begins and receive a full refund of the remaining balance. A 50% cancellation fee applies if you cancel between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, and a 100% cancellation fee applies if you cancel less than 15 days in advance or do not show up.
You can use the pool freely, but if you want it heated, you will have to pay an additional 100€ per night. The pool needs at least two additional days of heating to reach a suitable temperature upon your arrival. These two days are also charged.
