Things to know
During the off-season, the minimum length of stay is a week. However, during July and August, you have to book the villa for two weeks at least.
Check-ins can be done any time after 14:00 on the first day of your booking. On the last day, you have to leave the villa by 10:00.
An initial non-refundable deposit of 30% has to be paid to confirm your booking. You pay the remaining balance 5 weeks prior to your arrival.
You can cancel the booking up to 120 days before your holiday begins and receive a full refund of the remaining balance. A 50% cancellation fee applies if you cancel between 120 and 91 days before your arrival date, a 65% cancellation fee between 90 and 61 days, and a 100% cancellation fee applies if you cancel less than 60 days in advance or do not show up.
There is no special information regarding pool use.
