During the off-season, the minimum length of stay is five days. However, during July and August, you have to book the villa for a week at least.

Check-ins can be done any time after 15:00 on the first day of your booking. On the last day, you have to leave the villa by 10:00.

An initial non-refundable deposit of 30% has to be paid to confirm your booking and the remaining balance 45 days before arrival. You can cancel it up to 45 days before your holiday begins and receive a full refund of the remaining balance. You are obligated to pay 100% of the total price after that period runs out.

You can use the pool freely, but if you want it heated, you will have to pay an additional 80€ per night.
